Back and Front Girl Xmas Card

I have made this card for my granddaughter, I made a

similar card for her brother. I have used lots of die-cuts,

brick embossing folder, MS punch and Art Impressions

Front-N-Backs stamp which I coloured with pens.

Christmas Gift Tags

Today I made these gift tags, I stamped the sentiment,

coloured them with pens, added glitter and small

red rhinestones.

Male Birthday Card

I have made this card for my son in laws birthday

which is this weekend. Loz gave me this centre step card

for Christmas, so I decided to make it, I like how the

centre comes forward. I stamped and coloured the 

image with pens, I used a grass die-cut, MS fence 

border punch and peel-off sentiment.

Puppy Easel Xmas Card

Just a quick card this week, it is from a kit.

I added die-cuts, peel-offs, ribbon, flower soft,

a charm and a little glitter.

Boy and his dog Christmas card

I have made this card for my grandson, I have made 

it similar to Heathers card, such a cute design.
I have used die-cuts, stamped images and a

Bear Xmas Card

Just a quick card this week, I managed to make this

3d image at craft last week, I usually spend most the

time chatting. I also used some scrap booking paper,

Reflection Card

This is my effort of a reflection card, I found a demo 

on youtube , I have used Crafty Individuals stamps.

I am only a learner with stamps so I'm not very 

good at it! I stamped the trees on blue pearl card, 

because of this the ink is pale instead of black. The reindeer

and grass are die cuts, I have used glitter glue on the

reflection.

Xmas Tree Card

I just had a play with some dies this week, the Christmas

tree die came with this months 'Simply Cards". I just

added some adhesive pearls, rhinestones and ribbon.

Christmas Accordion Card

This week I made another accordion card but with only

3 sections, I found that a spellbinders die fits comfortably

on the middle shape. I made the 3d image, used scrap

booking paper, die cuts, glitter glue and adhesive rhinestone.

Accordion Birthday Card

This week I have made a card using a Sizzix Accordion

Die, the shield shape doesn't come with the die, but I

found a Cricut cartridge with the matching shape. I have

stamped some sentiments, used some die cuts, paper

flowers, peel offs and an adhesive pearl.

Snowman Stitched Card

With this Christmas card I purposely went for untraditional

colours for Christmas, I think it may have worked okay.

I made the 3d image, added glitter glue, adhesive 

rhinestones, also I stitched and beaded the card.   

Stitched Santa Card

I stitched this card last night, I love this die from

Nellie Snellen. The picture in the centre is cut from

scrap booking paper, the Santa and reindeers is a

die cut and I have added a peel off sentiment.

Amy's Carousel

This carousel is for my beautiful granddaughter,

it is her birthday in a few weeks, so last week I

decided to get to work on this project. The height

is 16 cm and diameter of outer cylinder is 11 cm. 

I have put it together with various things from my

stash. I have used scrap booking paper, die cuts,

beads, paper flowers, punched borders, ribbon, 

glitter glue, carousel charm and adhesive rhinestones...

The weather in Perth has been miserable this week,

but it has been a great week for crafting, I have managed

Nativity Card

I thought I'd make use of my new nativity die, from

Joanna Sheen. I enhanced the die cuts with some rub

on gold, the music sheet background I scanned

from an old songbook. I just added organza bow

and a Christmas tree brad.

Vintage Girl Xmas Card

I couldn't decide what background I should use for

this 3d image, so I decided on this SB paper. I added

some punchies, adhesive rhinestones and a peel-off

sentiment.

Where's Santa Card

I have had this Bildmalarna stamp for a couple of

years, but hadn't used it. I'm not confident in 

colouring stamped images, if has been coloured 

with Spectrum Noir pens. Some glitter glue, rub 

on gold to highlight the image. I realised later,

I should have threaded ribbon through the

die-cut.

Boofle Xmas Card

I just love Boofle, I made this 3d image, added die-cuts,

punchies, adhesive rhinestones and I used a MS

punch for the border.

Vintage Xmas Card

It's been a wet week in Perth, so I have managed

This card was nice and easy to stitch, I

just added a 3d image, icicles die cut,

adhesive pearls, peel-off sentiment and

Pop-out Christmas Card 2

I just love making Christmas cards, I made this

one this week and also have put a pop-out 

inside. There are some more of  Joy open-up

dies have just become available, can't wait to 

buy some these new dies!

I made this card using a Memory Box die, Joy

open-up die, MS border punch, embossing

folder, glitter glue, various other die cuts, 

adhesive rhinestones, a charm, stamped sentiment

and a peel-off sentiment.

Pop-out Christmas Card

I had some fun making this card yesterday,

it took awhile to work out my new pop-out

die, but I finally got there. I have just added

some more die cuts, rhinestones and some

glitter glue.

Front cover

I have embroidered the front and added a photo

of my son, taken over thirty years ago. I have added 

rhinestones and punched the corners. Now I'll

have to get to work to make similar cards for my

other children.

Concertina-fold Card

I found this idea in the current issue of Australian issue

of Simply Cards. The cardstock is 16x30cm, and 

concertina-fold at 4cm, 8cm, 14.5cm and 21cm.

 I just added patterned panels, stamped sentiment,

die cuts, MS punch skeleton fern, paper flower and

the photo is my grandmother (I'm sending it to my

cousin in the US). It folds up very neatly and will fit

into a small envelope, easy for posting!

Bear Birthday Card

I made this card with a 3d image, die cuts, some

sentiment. 

It is so cold in Perth at present, so not much crafting,

Christmas Stitched Card

I made this card using Ann's Paper Art embroidery

die AND003 from Nellie Snellen, I'm planning to

make a lot more with this die, as it is so versatile.

I thought it might be nice with a famliy photo in the

centre. The image is from SB paper and I added

 some adhesive pearls. I am entering this in MIM#147

Christmas Photo Carousel

Like Loz I thought I'd give it a go at

making the carousel from the Docrafts

Magazine. I made it a bit smaller, but

it still seems to be too big. I think it

might make a good table centre piece for

the Christmas table, and yes the little

girl in the photo is me! Taken in Myers

Melbourne over half a century ago.

Beaded Christmas Card

I'm making a start on Christmas cards, this one I have

stitched, beaded, added a 3d image, flower soft, ribbon,

Embroidered Congratulations Card

This is my effort this week, which took me quite some

time to embroider. I'm tossing up whether it will be a

wedding or an engagement card? I just added some

paper flowers and peel-off sentiment.

Birdhouse Tri-fold Card

Last week I was going some old craft magazines,

and I found this idea. It took me most of yesterday

to work out the roof shapes, I kept on getting it 

wrong and used up a lot of card. When I got it 

right I added die cuts, pearls, peel-off sentiment 

and a owl charm.

Stained Window Card

Another weekend gone! Where does the time go!

I made this card today using my new Spellbinders 

window die, I cut out some acetate and stained it

with alcohol pens, punched out some poinsettias, 

I made the background using a brick embossing 

folder, highlighted with some glitter glue and added

a Merry Christmas peel-off.

Floral Card

At first I didn't know where I was going with this card,

I wanted to create petals with heart die cuts. I added

a brad in the centre, I'm not sure what I think of it!

Anyhow I made it with die cuts, rhinestones, glitter glue

and a peel-off sentiment.
